WE SOMEHOW CONVINCED MARSHAWN LYNCH TO GO TO A TRAINING CAMP 

THE PROBLEM:

Gen Z hates Subway's system of ordering. The idea of talking to a Sandwich Artist for more than three minutes makes the majority of their generation want to die. As part of Subway's big refresh, they designed a giant new menu and a whole new way of ordering: The Subway Series, featuring pick chef-created sandwiches to minimize the amount of human interaction for younger generations. 

THE INSIGHT: 

We knew that the new menu wasn't enough... We needed to train the Sandwich Artists AND the consumer on how to use it.  
 

THE IDEA: 

We decided to focus social content on training up the true pros in Subway's All-Star lineup: Sandwich Artists. We partnered with Sandwich Artist Influencers + Marshawn Lynch creating fun content for all of Subway's social channels.
